Dr. Vanessa Scarborough

Vanessa is a clinical psychologist and board-certified pediatric neuropsychologist in Maryland. After a decade of working in academic medical centers focusing on children with epilepsy, brain injuries, congenital disorders, and other medical disorders she opened her own private practice. She currently provides evaluations for children, teens, and young adults with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Vanessa is a first generation American born and raised in Chicago. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Vanessa has been married for 10-years and has a daughter as well as a fur baby. Outside of work, she enjoys reading (fantasy fiction!), traveling (domestic and international), spending time with her family and friends, all things Halloween (except the scary stuff!), as well as working out. Vanessa also enjoys keeping up with the latest fashion and beauty trends.
